Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mohali district. As a Placement Coordinator, you will collaborate with employers, facilitate recruitment processes, and guide trainees toward job opportunities. Responsibilities include building and maintaining employer networks, coordinating placement activities, conducting student assessments, and preparing reports to ensure successful placements. You will also mentor trainees to align their skills and aspirations with potential career paths.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills to build and maintain relationships with employers and trainees
- Customer Service and Recruiting experience to assist in identifying job opportunities and guiding trainees through placement
- Educational background and familiarity with career counseling
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of vocational training programs and employment trends in the region is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Human Resources, Social Work, or Education is preferred
- Proficiency in regional languages and local knowledge is highly desirable
