Job Title : Placement Coordinator
As a Placement Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in helping students transition from education to employment. You will work closely with students, employers, and academic departments to facilitate successful internships and placements. In this position.
You will report directly to the Head of Training and Placements.
Qualification and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the placement department of an institution imparting Engineering and/ or Management Education

Job Role
- Engage with companies to coordinate campus recruitment drives, internships,
- Build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse network of employers and industry contacts.
- Identify and secure job placement opportunities for students across various sectors.
- Organize and manage on-campus and off-campus recruitment drives, career fairs, job fairs, and networking events.
- Utilizing social media, websites, and newsletters to share success stories to promote placements to students and prospective employers
- Engage with college alumni to seek their support in providing internships and placement opportunities for students.
