Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Placement Coordinator role based in Manjeri. The Placement Coordinator will manage student placements by working closely with recruiters, coordinating career events, and facilitating partnerships with industry leaders. Day-to-day responsibilities include engaging with students to prepare them for future job opportunities, providing career guidance, and organizing workshops or training sessions to enhance employability skills.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills for building effective relationships with students and recruiters
- Ability to provide excellent Customer Service and support to students and employers
- Background in Education or Recruiting, with demonstrated experience in placement or career services
- Organizational skills to coordinate placement processes and career-related events successfully
- Familiarity with local job markets and industry trends is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Education, or a related field
