Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Placement Coordinator & Aptitude Trainer, based in Chennai. The individual in this role will guide students in their career preparation by organizing placement activities, fostering relationships with recruiters, and ensuring smooth communication between students and companies. Responsibilities also include conducting training sessions to improve students' aptitude, communication, and other employability skills, as well as providing personalized coaching and support to enhance their readiness for the job market.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and effective Communication abilities
• Experience and competency in Customer Service and relationship management
• Background in Education with a focus on training or teaching
• Skills in Recruiting and placement coordination
• Ability to mentor students and prepare them for professional success
• Proficiency in conducting group sessions and one-on-one training
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any field, preferably in education or management
• Prior experience as a Placement Coordinator or similar role is an advantage
