We Are Hiring: Placement Coordinator – Healthcare Education | Cliniwave Institute LLP
At Cliniwave Institute LLP, we are on a mission to bridge the gap between education and industry in the rapidly growing healthcare domain.
We are looking for a dynamic Placement Coordinator who can drive career outcomes for students enrolled in Clinical Research, Clinical SAS, and Bioinformatics programs.
Role: Placement CoordinatorLocation: Bangalore (On-Site)
Experience: 1–3 years (Healthcare/EdTech preferred)
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain relationships with CROs, Pharma Companies, Hospitals, and Healthcare Startups
- Identify and onboard hiring partners for roles in:
- Clinical Research (CRC, CRA, CTA)
- Clinical SAS / Data Analytics
- Bioinformatics & Life Sciences
- Coordinate end-to-end placement activities including:
- Job postings
- Interview scheduling
- Candidate tracking
- Prepare students for placements through:
- Resume building
- Mock interviews
- Career guidance sessions
- Track placement metrics and generate reports
- Collaborate with academic teams to align training with industry needs
Preferred Candidate Profile- Background in Life Sciences / Pharmacy / Biotechnology / Healthcare Management
- Strong understanding of:
- Clinical Research industry
- Clinical SAS roles
- Bioinformatics career pathways
- Excellent communication & networking skills
- Experience in placements / recruitment / HR / training coordination
- Familiarity with LinkedIn hiring and employer outreach strategies
