About the role - You'll work directly with our Head of Placements & Partnerships to own the full placement cycle from connecting students with the right opportunities to building relationships with industry partners who believe in the future of creator-led careers.
What You'll do?
- Manage end-to-end placement processes: job postings on our internal portal, candidate matchmaking, and offer coordination
- Source placement opportunities via job boards, social media, networking, and referrals
- Screen resumes, conduct mock interviews, and guide students through the placement journey
- Coordinate interview schedules, communicate with candidates, and provide timely feedback
- Build and nurture relationships with employers and partners aligned with LIT's mission
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Fresher with a genuine passion for HR and people management
- Strong grasp of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment
- Experience or interest in institute branding and recruitment marketing
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and database management
