Role Description

The Placement Executive - Intern is a full-time, remote role responsible for supporting and coordinating job placement activities. You will engage with candidates to match their skills with potential job opportunities, assist in organizing placement drives, and collaborate with the training team to support students in preparing for interviews. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying employment opportunities, maintaining relationships with hiring organizations, and providing high-quality customer service to both job seekers and employers.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Job Placements, including identifying and securing employment opportunities for candidates
• Exceptional Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to build relationships with employers and candidates
• Proficiency in Customer Service to address queries and provide solutions efficiently
• Familiarity with Training methods to support candidate preparation for interviews
• Possess excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in a remote work environment
• Prior experience in recruitment, placement services, or human resources is a plus
• Enrollment in or completion of a relevant degree or diploma program is advantageous
