Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Placement & Human Resource Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment activities, student placement coordination, and corporate partnership development. The candidate will play a key role in connecting students with hiring companies, coordinating placement drives, and building strong relationships with corporate partners for internships and job opportunities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Recruitment & HR Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding candidates
- Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms
- Coordinate with hiring managers for recruitment requirements
- Conduct initial HR screening and interview coordination
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records
- Support employee engagement and HR operations activities
- Prepare recruitment reports and hiring updates
Placement Responsibilities:
- Coordinate student placement activities and campus recruitment drives
- Assist students with resume building, interview preparation, and job readiness
- Schedule interviews and placement sessions for students
- Maintain placement records, student databases, and hiring reports
- Track student placement progress and placement statistics
- Organize mock interviews, career guidance sessions, and employability workshops
- Corporate Partnership & Collaboration Responsibilities:
- Develop partnerships with companies for student placements and internships
- Connect with HRs, recruiters, and corporate hiring teams
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with industry partners
- Arrange MoUs and placement collaboration agreements with companies
- Generate new company tie-ups for hiring and internship opportunities
- Coordinate corporate meetups, networking events, and placement activities
- Follow up with companies regarding hiring requirements and recruitment drives
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in HR, recruitment, placement coordination, or corporate relations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong coordination and relationship management abilities
- Experience in recruitment and placement processes preferred
- Comfortable handling multiple tasks and coordinating with students and companies
- Good presentation and networking skills
- Knowledge of job portals and recruitment platforms
