About The Role
As a PlantLine Agreement (PLA) Manager, you are the primary point of contact for the
customer, ensuring effective execution of all services covered by the PLA. You are responsible
for the ongoing delivery performance and customer satisfaction related to the agreement. The role responsibility includes monthly monitoring of project costs and time, and regular communication with customers to monitor customer experience will also be required.
About The Department
Join a team of 20+ motivated colleagues in Professional Service Operation department. You will join our Service Agreement team managing our service agreements with our customers across the world. You and your colleagues function as our customers’ daily business partner to ensure the best possible service deliverables and collaboration.
Your Responsibilities :
You will be responsible for our PlantLine Agreement (PLA) – service contracts in India domestic market.
Start up activities
- Replying to requests for PlantLine Agreement (PLA) proposals in a timely and professional manner.
- Proactively renew existing PLAs before their expiration dates.
- Collaborate with the 24x7 Automation team and customers to identify opportunities to expand the scope of each PLA including adding spare/ware part packages and increase PMVS
- Calculate cost and sales prices ensuring the agreed margin.
- Work in close coordination with the responsible Sales Manager to prepare and present proposals to customers.
- Clearly explain the PLA concept and value proposition to prospective customers.
After receiving Order
- Deliver order confirmation
- Kick off/Introducing relevant stakeholders to the PLA content
- Invoice and follow up on payments
- Archive and administrative tasks
- Internal ordering/booking service in relevant entities
On-going Responsibilities
- Coordinate that all services are delivered within the agreed period of the PLA
- Ensure that service level is according to agreement
- Assist in communication between service/support team and customer
- Responsible for commercial decisions within the PLA services
You bring
- Mininum 1-3 years prior experience with the following service coordination and/or project management. Estimating, issuing service proposals, creating Proposal Order's, Project creation including, all travel needs; translating customer requirements into proposals, Order acknowledgments and invoices.
- Prior experience with end-to-end customer service coordination
- Commercial mindset, communication flow with external customers and a structured work approach.
- An engineering background within Automation although not a must would be helpful for understanding the complexity of the offerings and for discussions with the clients
- As a minimum you speak and write English and it is only a plus if you speak and write other languages as well.
- You are used to having customer contact in a similar job function.
- Committed to building good relations to customers and colleagues externally as well as internally.
- As such, you are used to foreseeing and solve potential problems.
- You are proactive and have a structured approach to your tasks, enabling you to handle several cases at a time and often under time pressure.
- Colleagues know you as a person with a positive attitude, who can deliver in time although the pace is high.
- Moreover, you have a cross-cultural understanding and can communicate with people of different nationalities and professional backgrounds.
