We are hiring In-Home Support Staff (IHS) to provide one-on-one support to a male with developmental disabilities and/or mental illness in Brooklyn Park on Tuesdays, Wednesday, and Thursdays from 4p-8p. The person is non-verbal, enjoys cares, rides, and community outings. No experience required — we provide paid training!
This role is ideal for someone who is reliable, patient, a self-starter, and enjoys helping others live independently!
Requirements
18+ years old
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently
Background check required
