About the role

Workday HR Reporting Analyst Job Responsibilities: - Develop and generate ad-hoc and recurring HR reporting/analytics supporting talent acquisition, talent management, performance management, compensation, and HR operations - Provide insightful analysis of HR metrics and trends to business partners in an executive-friendly format - Collaborate with HR leaders and functional experts to understand reporting needs and devise analytical solutions - Proactively identify and address emerging reporting needs - Develop and maintain HR dashboards and data visualizations - Translate business requirements into technical specifications - Ensure data accuracy, reliability, and timeliness through ongoing validation and quality assurance - Provide training and guidance to HR users on Workday reporting capabilities Job Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, economics, data science) - 3-5 years of progressive experience in HR analytics/reporting - Proficient in Workday Reporting/Prism Analytics or similar BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) - Strong SQL and data manipulation skills - Experience creating interactive dashboards and data visualizations - Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills - Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - Knowledge of HR processes and metrics is a plus
