Site Reliability Engineer, Platform

Summary Pismo's Platform squad is responsible for maintaining the life-cycle (bootstrap, maintenance and decommission) the following domains: Container orchestration (through Kubernetes), Cloud Architecture and Networking (Cloud and On-premise). What you'll do The engineer will support the Kubernetes and Service Mesh (Istio) lifecycle within the platform squad by: * Creating and/or enhancing mechanisms to bootstrap * Observe (monitoring) * Maintain (including upgrades) * Decommission these resources using infrastructure-as-code and cloud-native best practices across several clusters. This is a remote position. A remote position does not require job duties be performed within proximity of a Visa office location. Remote positions may be required to be present at a Visa office with scheduled notice. #LI-Remote
