</div><div>PIRTEK is hiring for a Territory Sales Representative to grow the local customer base and develop lasting customer relationships, built with transparency and trust. We are looking for highly driven and self-sufficient individuals with excellent communication and customer service skills. Our most successful Territory Sales Representatives:<br><br>

</div><div>Hydraulic and industrial hose experience is NOT required! Each Territory Sales Representative is <br><br>
</div><div>provided with training on industry knowledge, PIRTEK operations and sales processes, safety standards, and the associated operational software. PIRTEK also provides ongoing support through continual training opportunities and a 24/7 hotline for PIRTEK employees to ask technical questions.<br><br>

<strong>Responsibilities<br></strong><br>
</div><div>•Adhere to all industry and PIRTEK safety standards<br><br>
</div><div>•Acquire new accounts throughout your territory, prospecting hot and cold leads to meet and exceed sales goals<br><br>
</div><div>•Increase sales by uncovering additional customer needs and introducing new product lines<br><br>
</div><div>•Ensure customer satisfaction post-sale by maintaining contact with customers, completing follow-up visits, and resolving customer issues<br><br>
</div><div>•Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of sales activities, including in-person visits, phone encounters, successful sales, lost business, and any customer or vendor related issues</div><div><br></div><div>•Develop sales forecasts and/or Territory Sales Plans upon request<br><br>
</div><div>•Proudly represent PIRTEK in your community, at local trade shows, and other relevant local events<br><br>
</div><div>•Perform other related duties as assigned<br><br>

<strong>Work Environment<br></strong><br>
</div><div>Since you are mobile within your territory, you will work in a variety of environments to complete sales visits at various businesses; expect to be in varying environments within each day. You may also have attendance requirements at your PIRTEK home-office. <br><br>
</div><div>•Territory-based service area<br><br>
</div><div>•Service locations may differ in terrain, noise level, temperature, common amenities available, etc. <br><br>
</div><div>•Oil, grease, lubricant, and other “messy” substances are frequently used in this industry, which you have the potential to come in contact with<br><br>
</div><div>•You may be required to travel for training initiatives, at no cost to you<br><br>
</div><div>

</div><div>•Strong sales acumen as demonstrated by previous ability to meet and exceed sales targets<br><br>
</div><div>•Ability to be self-driven while managing multiple priorities and requirements<br><br>
</div><div>•Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written)<br><br>
</div><div>•Critical thinking & ability to make quick decisions<br><br>
</div><div>•Identify, address, and navigate customer objections through negotiation and selling value<br><br>
</div><div>•Self-motivated & positive attitude through difficult sales<br><br>
</div><div>•Able to work individually and as a team<br><br>
</div><div>•Sit and stand from moderate to extended periods<br><br>

<strong>Qualifications<br></strong><br>
</div><div>•High School diploma or GED<br><br>
</div><div>•Driver’s License with clean driving record<br><br>
</div><div>•Sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals<br><br>
</div><div>•B2B sales experience in an industrial/mechanical/construction or related field a plus<br><br>
</div><div>•Ability to pass a background check<br><br>
