Role Description
The Piping Stress Engineer will be responsible for conducting stress analysis, piping calculations, and providing support for piping design across specific projects. Daily responsibilities include analyzing piping structures for accuracy, collaborating with cross-functional teams to assess refinery designs, and ensuring adherence to applicable engineering standards. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, requiring close coordination with project stakeholders and team members.
Qualifications
- 8+ years experience in Stress Analysis and Piping Calculations
- Hands-on experience with Piping Design and related engineering workflows
- Understanding of refinery operations and associated piping systems
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Familiarity with industry codes and standards governing piping systems is a plus
- Ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
