Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Piping Stress Analyst, located in NOIDA. The Piping Stress Analyst will perform stress analysis of piping systems, review engineering designs, and ensure compliance with international codes and standards. The role involves collaborating with design teams, analyzing system performance under various conditions, preparing detailed reports, and recommending optimized design solutions. Familiarity with Stress Analysis of Pump, Column, Air Cooler, Heat Exchanger, Compressor, etc. connected piping systems is desirable.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Piping Stress Analysis and related software such as CAESAR II or AutoPIPE
- Strong understanding of engineering principles and familiarity with international piping codes and standards (ASME, ANSI, API, etc.)
- Experience in designing pipe supports, reviewing layouts, and understanding material specifications
- Ability to perform engineering calculations and interpret finite element analysis reports
- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Work experience in piping or related industries, with a focus on stress analysis, is a strong advantage
