๐ Hiring: Pipeline Development Executive (B2B Sales)

Weโre looking for ambitious individuals who want to build a strong foundation in B2B pipeline creation and sales strategy.
This role goes beyond basic calling โ youโll be responsible for identifying opportunities, engaging decision-makers, and building a high-quality sales pipeline for ERP solutions.

What Youโll Do- Execute high-volume outbound outreach (calls + follow-ups)
- Connect with business owners, founders, and key decision-makers
- Understand business challenges and position Odoo ERP solutions
- Build and maintain a qualified sales pipeline
- Schedule high-intent meetings for the closing team

Daily Target3 Qualified Opportunities per day
A qualified opportunity means:
- Verified business requirement
- Conversation with a decision-maker
- Meeting/demo scheduled with our team

Performance & Weekly Payout- 100% target achieved: Full payout
- 80%+ target achieved: 60% payout
- Below 80%: Performance review with structured support
