Role Description
The Pioneer Salesman is a full-time role based in Bhilwara. The primary responsibilities include developing and maintaining relationships with distributors and retailers, achieving sales targets, and promoting Britannia’s product portfolio. The role involves ensuring product visibility at points of sale and facilitating supply chain efficiencies. The candidate will also analyze market trends and provide actionable insights to support sales strategies and identify new business opportunities. This is an on-site position requiring frequent market visits and direct engagement with retail partners.
Qualifications
- Sales and Business Development skills, including achieving targets, dealer management, and identifying growth opportunities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining relationships with distributors and retailers.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills for market analysis and sales strategies.
- Organizational and time management skills for handling multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Knowledge of the FMCG industry and experience within a sales-driven environment is advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Enthusiasm for working in a results-driven, collaborative environment with a focus on continuous improvement.
