Manager II, Identity & Access San Francisco and Seattle At Pinterest, we are building a visual discovery engine to help people find and do what they love. To do this, we need to give our employees a secure, reliable, and performant identity and access management platform. This is a critical role for the infrastructure team - you will be responsible for leading a team that builds and operates this platform. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: - Managing a team of engineers responsible for building and operating our identity and access management services - Driving the overall strategy and roadmap for identity and access management at Pinterest - Collaborating with business and engineering partners to understand their requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs - Mentoring and developing the engineers on your team - Ensuring the reliability and performance of our identity and access management platform What we're looking for: - 5+ years of experience leading and managing engineering teams - Significant experience with identity and access management concepts, standards, and technologies - Excellent problem-solving and technical skills - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills - Passion for building reliable and scalable systems - Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or GCP
