- Execute activation, issuance, and deactivation of access cards during assigned shifts.
- Handle queries related to e-security systems (access cards, VMS, CCTV, alarms) via phone, email, or internal support systems.
- Maintain up-to-date access rights records for secure zones including approvers and zone owners.
- Ensure timely printing and issuance of ID cards for employees and new joiners.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to access management and control room operations.
- Monitor open-source and media platforms for risk indicators and potential threats to 3DS assets.
- Generate and circulate regular security advisories, analysis, and incident reports.
- Use crisis communication tools (e.g., Everbridge) to manage responses and analyse outcomes.
- Maintain a record of travelers, issue travel advisories, and coordinate with high-risk travelers.
- Receive and manage emergency calls from employees, travelers, and visitors.
- Investigate and respond to alarm triggers within defined SLAs and document incidents in detail.
- Monitor the health and serviceability of all e-security systems (e.g., CCTV, access control), and escalate issues for resolution.
- Periodically check surveillance systems to detect unlawful activity or disruptions.
- Escalate and take immediate action on any security issue that may impact business operations.
- Support the SOC Head in initiatives for process and quality enhancement.
- All other duties, as assigned.
Graduate or Diploma holder with 2-5 years of experience in corporate security and safety operations. Training or certification in physical/electronic security is preferred.
Working knowledge of modern security systems and protocols.
Competencies
- Proficient in gathering and analyzing risk intelligence from various geographies.
- Strong report writing and trend analysis skills.
- Operational experience with electronic security systems such as Genetec Security Center, C.Cure, and other incident management tools.
- Familiarity with open-source intelligence and crisis tools (e.g., Everbridge).
- Skilled in MS Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience in handling and documenting security incidents.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and dependable with a strong team orientation.
- Analytical thinker with good decision-making capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Able to work effectively in a multicultural and collaborative environment.
- Capable of coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders efficiently.
