Pinehurst Country Club is currently recruiting a seasonal, part-time Maintenance Technician!
Position Summary:
The Maintenance Technician position is responsible for performing and executing multiple duties to troubleshoot, repair and maintain the Club's equipment and structures.
Job Knowledge and Qualifications:
This position prefers one year experience, knowledge of basic carpentry, knowledge in repairing various building applications, plumbing fixture repairs, and an electrical background. HVAC knowledge a plus. Ideal candidate communicates effectively and clearly, both verbally and written. Must be reliable and punctual and may work holiday and overtime hours, as needed.
Performs mechanical skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC. Must possess good troubleshooting skills
Physical Demands and Work Environment
Must be able to stand, bend and lift for extended periods of time
Must be able to stand, walk, sit, reach, lift, bend
