Solution Specialist - Retail About the Role: The Solution Specialist is responsible for understanding the client's requirements and mapping them to the appropriate Pine Labs product suite. The role involves engaging with clients, understanding their business needs, and demonstrating the capabilities of Pine Labs' products. The Solution Specialist also supports the sales team in the pre-sales process and works closely with the implementation team to ensure a seamless transition for the client. Key Responsibilities: - Understand client requirements and map them to Pine Labs' product offerings - Demonstrate Pine Labs' products and solutions to clients in a clear and engaging manner - Provide pre-sales support to the sales team, including proposal preparation and presentations - Collaborate with the implementation team to ensure a smooth transition for the client - Stay updated on Pine Labs' product roadmap and upcoming features - Provide feedback to the product team on client requirements and market trends Required Skills and Experience: - 3-5 years of experience in a pre-sales or solutions consulting role, preferably in the payments or fintech industry - Strong understanding of retail business processes and payment industry - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Good problem-solving and analytical skills - Ability to work in a team and collaborate with cross-functional teams - Willingness to travel to client locations as needed
