Role Purpose
We are seeking a Product Manager to transform how our admin and partners use and engage on a consolidated admin platforms, with a dedicated focus on driving operational efficiency, and ease of information access within and outside the organization. This platform supports internal teams like operations, Customer service & support, Risk & compliance, Settlement and finance ops and sales teams to streamline merchant onboarding, configuration management, issue resolution, internal reporting & MIS, and other back office activities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing scalable admin tools and optimizing internal workflows to enable operational efficiency.
Responsibilities we entrust you with
Own the product roadmap and vision for Pine Labs' Admin Platforms, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder needs.
Analyze existing workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to improve internal processes through automation and better tooling.
Lead the design and development of features for merchant onboarding, transaction monitoring, system health dashboards, and configuration management.
Leverage data analytics to identify opportunities for improving platform performance, operational efficiency, and user satisfaction.
Ensure the admin platform adheres to regulatory and security standards in the fintech and payments industry.
Write detailed and well researched MRDs/ PRDs for the key projects and product features
Engage with stakeholders across departments to communicate product strategies, gather feedback, and align on goals.
Drive adoption of admin platform enhancements through user training, documentation, and seamless rollout strategies.
What matters in this role
Proven track record of delivering products on time and managing competing priorities effectively.
Ability to work closely with engineering teams, understanding APIs, system architecture, and technical workflows.
Preferred domain experience and knowledge on POS terminals, Payment Gateway, Merchant / Retail Commerce, UPI, Digital App and Web engagement products
Has delivered results in product execution working in highly agile/ fast pace environment
Have understanding of Data and how to use it in making decisions.
Build strong relationships with cross functional teams to facilitate solutioning discussions to unblock team members.
Understanding of the payments industry, merchant ecosystems, or operational platforms is highly desirable.
Years of experience
2+ years of product management experience focused on admin platforms, internal tools, or reporting MIS and analytics products.
Experience in payments industry, merchant ecosystems, or operational platforms is highly desirable.
