Technical Product Manager

We are looking for a Technical Product Manager to be a solutioning partner and bridge between the Business and Technology teams. You will lead the PayLater charter – an exciting and growing business within Pine Labs THE RESPONSIBILTIES WE ENTRUST YOU WITH 1. Product planning & strategy: Define, own and implement the roadmap for product lines in alignment with the product strategy. Responsible for overall product architecture (way-of-working) across product lines to deliver on the defined success metrics. 2. Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements. Translate business needs into detailed user stories and technical specifications for development teams. 3. Product Lifecycle Management:Manage the entire product lifecycle from inception through launch and post-launch support. 4. Internal Training and Support:Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for internal teams to ensure proper understanding of product features and updates. 5.Collaboration with Engineering and Design Teams:Work closely with engineering and design teams to ensure successful implementation of product features. WHAT MATTERS IN THIS ROLE Experience & Portfolio - 7+ years of experience as a Product Manager - Domain expertise in Pay Later Technical Skills & Efficiency- Deep understanding of the Payments domain specifically Pay Later - Strong technical background as a hands-on technologist - Excellent project management skills THINGS YOU SHOULD BE COMFORTABLE WITH Working from officeAs of now, we work out of our Koramangla office, 3 days a week.
