Role Purpose We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Engineer with expertise in Python and hands-on experience in LLMs (Large Language Models), AI model development, and AI tool integration. The ideal candidate will lead the design, training, and deployment of AI-driven solutions, leveraging state-of-the-art models to solve complex problems. Responsibilities we entrust you with ⁠Design, develop, and optimize LLM-based applications and AI-driven solutions. Fine-tune and train large-scale AI models using open-source and proprietary datasets. Integrate AI tools, APIs, and frameworks to enhance product capabilities. Conduct research on LLM efficiency, performance, and scalability. Work closely with data scientists and ML engineers to deploy models in production. Develop end-to-end AI pipelines, including data preprocessing, training, evaluation, and deployment. Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, NLP, and ML and drive innovation. Optimize models for performance, inference speed, and cost-efficiency. Lead a team of engineers, providing technical guidance and mentorship. Relevant work experience ⁠8+ years of experience in Python development with a focus on AI/ML applications. Strong expertise in LLMs (GPT, LLaMA, Falcon, etc.), NLP, and deep learning. Experience with Hugging Face, TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, and other AI/ML frameworks. Hands-on experience in fine-tuning and training large models on GPUs/TPUs. Proficiency in working with vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, ChromaDB, etc.). Knowledge of MLOps and deploying models in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure). Strong problem-solving skills and ability to develop AI-driven use cases. Familiarity with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and multimodal AI techniques. Experience integrating AI tools into web applications, chatbots, or enterprise solutions. ⁠Excellent communication and leadership skills.
