Role Purpose We are hiring for the role of Campaign Management and Merchant Engagement initiatives. This is an Individual Contributor role reporting into the Merchant Engagement lead (Associate Director). In your role, you'll be instrumental in advancing our mission by developing, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns, launch loyalty program along with merchant engagement initiatives to drive CSAT & NPS. THE RESPONSIBILTIES WE ENTRUST YOU WITH 1. Campaign Management: Manage the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to campaign objectives. Maintain monthly calendar across channels and track funnels. Identify and implement process improvements to streamline campaign operations. Implement A/B testing and other experimental methods to gather insights and improve campaign effectiveness. Conduct post-campaign analysis to evaluate what worked and what didn't, using insights to drive continuous improvement. Enable automated journeys across the merchant lifecycle. 2. Campaign Insights & Insight-Driven Decision Making Monitor and increase key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, read rate, business metrics and ROI to assess campaign success. Use insights to refine and enhance campaign strategies, ensuring that decisions are data-driven and aligned with business objectives. Identify trends and patterns in campaign performance, using data to optimize targeting, messaging, and channel selection. Present insights and recommendations to senior management, influencing strategic decisions and future planning. Develop models to predict customer behavior and campaign impact, helping to optimize budget allocation and channel strategies. Analyze competitor strategies and industry developments to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation. Translate market insights into actionable strategies that enhance our merchant engagement efforts. Evaluate the success of pilot programs and proof-of-concept (POC) initiatives, identifying those that are most effective and scalable. 3. Merchant Engagement Initiatives Design and implement comprehensive merchant engagement strategies that align with business objectives and drive merchant satisfaction and loyalty. Implement a loyalty program for merchants.
