The business finance function within Setu is equivalent to the spinal cord of a body and without us, businesses can't operate their day-to-day operations. The management relies on the function of steering the strategic direction of the company.

What will you do at Setu?
As Assistant Manager - Business Finance, you will handle activities with respect to revenue assurance, business partnership, financial planning and analysis, and management reporting.
You'll spend your time-
Business Partnership
- Liaise with Business and assist in business partnerships;
- Review of supply and demand side partnerships and agreements;
- Review and monitor of prices of supply side partnerships;
- Work with Business teams in negotiating commercials with supply partners;
- Periodic review and Publish product pricing charters for Business Development teams;
- Assist Business teams in pricing for large enterprise deals; and
- Building selling strategy and pricing plans for new products;
Financial Planning and Analysis
- Liaise with Leadership team in design and implementation of Annual Operating Plan;
- Publish monthly operating and financial performance through MIS and other adhoc analysis;
- Track actuals Vs budget and discuss course correction measures with the Leadership team;
- Review the movement of key costs (Infrastructure, SaaS, and consultants) and appraise function leaders in case of abnormal trends; and
- Liaise with Engg and People Ops teams in controlling costs;
Management Reporting
- Preparation of management reports including operational, financial and other information;
- Support Leadership team in monthly and quarterly performance reviews;
- Prepare and publish MIS, Cashflow, and Cash Burn reports;
- Prepare financial models with scenario analysis; and
- Prepare benchmark analysis and industry landscape reports.
Who is the right fit for this role?
- Chartered Accountant with 0-2 years of post qualification experience;
- Worked with Leadership / Senior Management teams;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint; and
- Familiarity with ERP systems like Oracle and SAP will be an added advantage.
