AI-Native Engineer (Frontend/Full-stack)

We're looking for a sharp, ambitious engineer fluent in building AI-native products—someone who knows how to integrate LLMs, design intuitive prompt-based UX, and build around the quirks of AI behavior. At Pincites, you'll be responsible for the development and scaling of our web app and Word add-in, as well as new products crucial in automating contract negotiations. You'll have a front-row seat at a fast-growth AI startup, building the future of contract negotiations. Our product lives inside Microsoft Word and helps teams negotiate faster and more consistently. It learns how top teams—like Ramp or Redis—negotiate today, then automates that workflow with AI-generated redlines and comments tailored to their playbook. ABOUT YOU As an early engineer at Pincites, you'll be building and scaling our web app and Word add-in—plus launching new AI-powered tools that automate legal workflows for thousands of companies.
