The Role
We’re looking for a Ground Instructor who genuinely believes pilot training in India can be better. You’ll mentor CPL aspirants across DGCA subjects, guide them on exam strategy, and support their journey toward a commercial licence. This is a remote, part-time role to begin with, transitioning to full-time once we close investment. We’re transparent about where we stand and we’re looking for someone aligned with where we’re headed.
What You’ll Do
• Guide students through subjects with clarity and purpose
• Build and review instructional content that truly adds value
• Contribute to curriculum design and structured training programs
• Support CRM and type rating material where relevant
Who We’re Looking For
• Valid CPL (ATPL holders welcome)
• Proven experience in ground instruction or aviation training
• Strong command of DGCA regulations and exam frameworks
• Ability to simplify complex concepts
• Self-driven and reliable in a remote setup
• Someone in it for the long term
