The Role

We’re looking for a Ground Instructor who genuinely believes pilot training can be better. You’ll mentor CPL aspirants across DGCA subjects, guide them on exam strategy, and support their journey towards their licence. This is a remote, part time role to begin with, transitioning to full-time once we close investment. We’re transparent about where we stand and we’re looking for someone aligned with where we’re headed.

What You’ll Do

• Guide students through subjects with clarity and purpose

• Build and review instructional content that truly adds value

• Contribute to curriculum design and structured training programs

• Support CRM and type rating material where relevant

Who We’re Looking For

• Valid CPL (ATPL holders welcome)

• Proven experience in ground instruction or aviation training

• Strong command of DGCA regulations and exam frameworks

• Ability to simplify complex concepts

• Self-driven and reliable in a remote setup

• Someone in it for the long term
