About the role
Essential Functions
- Records Management:
- Receive, review and accurately record EHS documentation, reports, and compliance records.
- Maintain organized filing systems (electronic and physical) for EHS data
- Data Administration:
- Input and update data in EHS-related systems and databases
- Generate reports for compliance, audits, and internal review
- System Support:
- Assist in maintain training records and compliance tracking systems
- Support updates and troubleshooting for EHS software platforms
- Compliance and Program Support:
- Ensure timely documentation for regulatory and corporate compliance requirements
- Assist with audits, inspections and corrective action tracking
- Cross-location Support:
- Provide EHS administrative support to all AGR US sites
- Coordinate with site teams to collect and verify data
- Assist the EHS Manager with program implementation and training.
- Assist with EHS related events such as Earth Day and Global Safety Day.
- Willingness to learn EHS specific information for professional growth and increased value to the company.
- Able to travel domestically for training and AGR site visits.
- Adherence to the NSG/Pilkington safety standards.
- Adherence to NSG/Pilkington Standards of Business Conduct and its Values and Principles.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Business administration or related field
- 1-3- years of experience in EHS, compliance, or administrative support roles
- Familiarity with EHS regulations and recordkeeping requirements
- Strong organizational and data management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and EHS software systems
- Attention to details and ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- May travel up to 5% for educational purposes
- Must posses and maintain valid driver’s license and acceptable MVR as defined by safety requirements
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with OSHA, EPA and other regulatory compliance programs
- Knowledge of training management systems and document control processes
