BASI Pilates—a globally respected Pilates education and studio brand present across 6 continents and 55+ countries—is looking for an experienced Pilates Studio Manager to lead our studio operations.
Role Overview:
The Studio Manager will be responsible for delivering an exceptional client experience, managing daily studio operations, and upholding BASI’s standards of precision, professionalism, and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end studio operations and scheduling
- Manage and support instructors and front-desk teams
- Ensure premium client experience from enquiry to retention
- Drive memberships, trials, and studio revenue
- Maintain operational efficiency, reporting, and studio standards
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience managing a Pilates or premium fitness studio
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Client-centric mindset with a sales and growth orientation
- Professional, detail-driven, and aligned with BASI values
- Calling experience
