Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Pilates Instructor/Physiotherapist role based at Hybrid Performance Centre in Kochi. The role involves planning and delivering safe, effective Pilates sessions for individuals and groups, tailored to different fitness levels and goals. The Pilates Instructor/Physiotherapist will perform assessments, design rehabilitation and corrective exercise programs, and provide ongoing guidance to support recovery, injury prevention, and performance enhancement. Daily responsibilities include educating clients on proper movement patterns, monitoring progress, collaborating with strength and conditioning coaches, and maintaining clear, professional communication with clients. The role also requires contribution to a positive training environment, excellent client service, and participation in community or group activities aligned with HPC’s performance-driven mission.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Pilates Instruction and Group Exercise for delivering safe, engaging, and effective training sessions.
- Candidates should possess competencies in Physical Therapy, including assessment, rehabilitation programming, and injury prevention strategies.
- Candidates should possess skills in Teaching, with the ability to explain techniques clearly, adapt instruction to different levels, and provide constructive feedback.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service abilities to build rapport, support client retention, and ensure a welcoming, professional experience.
- Relevant certifications in Pilates, Physical Therapy/Physiotherapy, or Exercise Science; licensure as a physiotherapist where applicable.
- Experience working in a gym, clinic, or performance-focused environment, preferably with athletes or active populations.
- Strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary performance team.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed and commitment to continuous learning in movement science and rehabilitation.
