Reform by The Pilates Studio is a premium Pilates and wellness studio dedicated to helping clients build strength, improve posture, enhance flexibility, and develop mindful body movement through structured and personalized Pilates training.
We provide a calm, professional, and premium studio environment designed to support fitness, body alignment, mobility, and overall wellness.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct professional Pilates sessions including: Personal Training & Group Pilates Classes
* Guide clients with Correct posture, Body alignment, Breathing techniques, Controlled movement & form
* Plan customized sessions based on Fitness levels, Mobility & flexibility, Body condition, Client goals
* Help clients improve Core strength, Balance, Flexibility, Mobility, Body awareness
* Track client progress, attendance, measurements, and transformation results
* Build strong client relationships and support client retention through high-quality training
* Deliver a premium, motivating, and results-oriented Pilates experience
Requirements
✔️ Prior experience as a Pilates Trainer is mandatory
✔️ Minimum 2 years of experience preferred
✔️ Strong understanding of:
— Posture correction
— Body alignment
— Core engagement
— Mobility & flexibility
— Breathing techniques
— Controlled movement
✔️ Ability to conduct both personal and group Pilates sessions
✔️ Strong communication and client-handling skills
✔️ Pilates Certification is an added advantage
