Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role located in Hyderabad for a Pilates Instructor. The Pilates Instructor will be responsible for leading individual and group Pilates sessions, designing personalized exercise programs, and teaching various modalities including reformer, mat, and other specialty equipment. Additional responsibilities include assisting clients with achieving their fitness goals, demonstrating proper techniques, and maintaining a positive and motivating atmosphere in the studio. The role also involves building strong client relationships and ensuring overall client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Pilates Instruction, including Reformer, Mat, and other specialized Pilates apparatus
- Expertise in Group Exercise and Teaching, with the ability to cater to clients of all skill levels
- Knowledge of Physical Therapy principles and their application in Pilates instruction
- Strong Customer Service skills to provide personalized attention and foster client relationships
- Certification in Pilates instruction from a recognized organization
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain a supportive, welcoming, and professional environment
- Prior experience working in a wellness or fitness studio is a plus
