Job Title: Senior EPM Developer – Pigment
Location: Pan India
Experience Required: 5 - 8 Years (Over All) and 2-4 Years in Pigment
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced EPM professional with hands-on expertise in Pigment. The role will focus on building and enhancing enterprise planning solutions, supporting FP&A processes, and driving data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop planning models in Pigment (budgeting, forecasting, workforce planning)
- Translate business requirements into scalable data models, calculations, and dashboards
- Collaborate with Finance and business stakeholders to improve planning processes
- Integrate Pigment with ERP, CRM, and data warehouse systems
- Ensure data accuracy, governance, and performance optimization
- Support implementation, enhancements, and user training
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- 5-8 years of overall exp with 2 end to end implementation on pigment.
- Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
- Experience with SQL and data integration
- Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
- Exposure to ETL
- Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in EPM implementation or finance transformation programs
- Exposure to cloud data platforms (Snowflake, BigQuery)
- Agile/Scrum experience
