Role: NOC DevOps Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities

  1. Monitor and maintain underlying infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance of the blockchain infrastructure.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve network and system issues, providing timely and effective solutions to minimise downtime.
  3. Participate in the deployment and integration of new technologies and updates into the existing infrastructure.
  4. Document all technical procedures and create user guides, maintaining accurate records of network configurations and changes.
  5. Provide 24/7 support, alongside other NOC team members. Our support roster is managed in shifts, and should fall within your day time work hours.

Qualifications

  1. Strong interest in and basic knowledge of blockchain technologies.
  2. Ability to communicate in English.
  3. Technical Experience:
  • 2+ years of DevOps / NOC experience.
  • 1+ year of experience in the Web3 Industry.
  • 1+ year of experience with Linux systems, including filesystem, networking, kernel tuning, iptables, patching, etc.
  • Terraform/Ansible experience.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud services (GCP).
  • Network management and troubleshooting skills (TCP/IP, DNS, routing, NAT, switching, firewalls, etc).
  • Any monitoring and logging experience (ELK, Prometheus, Grafana, Promtail, Loki, Zabbix).
  • BASH scripting experience.
  • Experience with virtualization technologies & Docker.
