Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer with strong expertise in React to enhance our autonomous testing platform. In this remote role, you’ll collaborate closely with our product and engineering teams to design and implement engaging, high-performance user interfaces that empower our clients and drive the next generation of app testing.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop & Optimize: Build and maintain sophisticated React applications with an emphasis on responsive design and optimal performance.
• Modern Technologies: Leverage frameworks and libraries such as Next.js, Remix, and Tailwind CSS to enhance our frontend ecosystem.
• Collaboration: Work alongside product managers, designers, and backend engineers to translate requirements into seamless user experiences.
• Code Quality: Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code while implementing robust testing practices and code reviews.
• Performance Analysis: Continuously monitor, benchmark, and improve frontend performance and user engagement.
• Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

Requirements

• Proven Expertise: Extensive experience developing applications using React and related JavaScript frameworks.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in JavaScript/TypeScript, with a deep understanding of modern frontend technologies.
• Tool Familiarity: Hands-on experience with Next.js, Remix, and Tailwind CSS is highly desirable.
• Integration Skills: Experience integrating frontend applications with backend APIs and services.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical skills with a proven ability to troubleshoot and optimize complex user interfaces.
• Remote Collaboration: Demonstrated success working in distributed teams and managing projects in a remote setting.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with frontend testing frameworks such as Jest or React Testing Library.
• Familiarity with UI/UX design principles, accessibility standards, and performance tuning.
• Prior experience contributing to design systems or open-source projects.
