About the role

Do you like to be in the middle of the action, do you keep an overview and do you make decisions at lightning speed? Then the role of Team Leader Customer Service at Picnic is your next challenge! As Team Leader Customer Service, you are the first point of contact for complex customer questions and you ensure that our customer service operation runs smoothly. In addition, you lead a team of 5 - 10 customer service agents, coaching them and supporting them in their development. Do you have the daily operation under control? Then you will have the opportunity to delve into projects and improve processes.
