Role Description
The Picker Packer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Kanayannur. Responsibilities include accurately picking and packing customer orders, ensuring products are handled with care, maintaining inventory organization, and ensuring timely order fulfillment. The Picker Packer will also assist with restocking shelves, inspecting products for quality, and contributing to overall warehouse efficiency while adhering to safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in picking and packing orders
- Basic inventory management skills, including organization and restocking
- Ability to adapt to physical tasks, such as lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periods
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills for working in a busy warehouse environment
- Good communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members
- Basic understanding of safety guidelines and warehouse operations
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory
- High school diploma or equivalent is a plus
