Role Description
The Picker will be responsible for accurately selecting and preparing items as per customer orders while ensuring quality and efficiency. Responsibilities include locating products, verifying item accuracy, and preparing them for shipment or delivery. Maintaining organized inventory and adhering to safety guidelines are key aspects of this role. This is a full-time, remote role requiring consistent communication with team members and a focus on meeting deadlines and productivity standards.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage inventory efficiently
- Attention to detail and ability to verify and handle items accurately
- Experience with order picking and packaging is an advantage
- Ability to follow safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace
- Effective communication skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Basic computer skills for order tracking and inventory management systems
- Physical ability to lift and move items as needed
- Prior experience in warehouse or logistics settings is a plus
