Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Picker role, located in Gorakhpur. The Picker will be responsible for efficiently collecting and packing items from the warehouse according to order specifications. Day-to-day tasks include locating inventory, verifying product quality, and preparing packages for shipment. The Picker will also ensure the accuracy and timely completion of orders, while maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in inventory handling, order picking, and packaging
- Keen attention to detail and accuracy in verifying product details and shipments
- Familiarity with warehouse tools, systems, and storage methods
- Strong organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced on-site environment
- Physical stamina to handle tasks that require standing, lifting, and walking for extended periods
- Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics role is preferred but not mandatory
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
