Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Picker role based in Noida. The Picker will be responsible for accurately selecting and preparing customer orders from inventory, ensuring product quality, organizing goods for delivery, and maintaining an efficient workflow. Additional responsibilities include ensuring proper handling of products, adhering to safety guidelines, and collaborating with other team members to meet order fulfillment targets.
Qualifications
- Attention to detail and accuracy in picking, packing, and organizing items
- Physical capability to handle and lift products as part of daily operations
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines
- Basic knowledge of inventory management systems and order processing techniques
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in a similar role within retail or warehouse settings is a plus
