Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Picker and Packer, based in Cannanore. The Picker and Packer will be responsible for preparing customer orders by selecting, inspecting, and packing products accurately. Additional responsibilities will include organizing and maintaining the warehouse, ensuring inventory accuracy, labeling packages, and coordinating with the dispatch team to meet quality and timelines. Adhering to safety standards and maintaining cleanliness in the working environment are integral to the role.
Qualifications
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and attention to detail
- Basic organizational and time management skills for efficient order fulfillment
- Understanding of safe packaging and inventory management processes
- Physical stamina and ability to perform tasks such as lifting and standing for extended periods
- Basic communication and teamwork skills
- Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is advantageous
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory
