About the role
Pice is a disruptor in the Indian B2B payments and credit space, looking to transform how businesses pay and collect.
The digital payments revolution has changed how consumers transfer money. UPI transfers are done in seconds, personal loans are disbursed in minutes, and visits to bank branches are becoming obsolete.
However, this is far from reality for Indian businesses where cash is still king. Pice provides a UPI-like experience for business payments with an option to avail of credit on each transaction. They also offer a no-cost collection solution for distributors, manufacturers, and wholesalers, which can seamlessly extend credit to customers at zero risk.
About the role:
We are looking for a candidate to manage and grow Pice's Social Media handles. This will involve improving presence and engagement on Youtube, Instagram and Linkedin. This is a 0-to-1 role where you will experiment to find what clicks for us and execute it through the resources at your disposal.
What you will do:
- Creative Strategy: Develop and implement creative strategies that align with Pice’s goals and resonate with our target audiences
- Creative Conceptualization: Generate insight driven and innovative creative ideas that capture attention and drive engagement.
- Creative Briefing: Write clear and concise creative briefs that outline campaign objectives, target audience, and messaging strategies for designers and content creators.
- Collaboration: Work closely with designers, copywriters, and other creatives to ensure cohesive and impactful campaign execution.
- Partnerships & Community Building: Identify influencers and partners to foster a community of passionate small business owners.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and optimize future initiatives.
Skills & Qualification Requirement
- 1-4 years of experience in managing social media profiles and optimizing social media presence.
- Entrepreneurial DNA and a high-ownership approach toward challenges
- Problem first mindset - build creative led solutions for business problems, in discussion with business, product, design counterparts
- People management skills and ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders
