Position Purpose
The Corporate HR professional is responsible for overseeing all human resources activities for the entire organization. They are responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that support the organization's goals and objectives. The Corporate HR professional manages a team of HR professionals, ensuring that HR programs, policies, and practices are aligned with the company's overall HR strategy.analytics.

- Develop and implement HR and ER strategies that support the organization's goals and objectives
- Manage a team of HR professionals, ensuring that they are aligned with the company's HR strategy
- Oversee talent acquisition activities, including recruiting, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates for open positions
- Manage the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and career development plans
- Manage employee relations issues, ensuring that all employee concerns are addressed and resolved in a timely and effective manner
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring that they are competitive and aligned with company goals and objectives
- Ensure compliance with all applicable HR laws and regulations
- Develop and maintain HR analytics, including turnover, retention, and employee engagement metrics
- Collaborate with other departments, including finance, operations, and legal, to ensure that HR programs and policies support broader organizational goals and objectives
- Manage relationships with external HR partners, including benefits providers, HR consultants, and legal counsel
Education Qualification
- Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree in HR or MBA is preferred
- 5+ years of experience in HR
- Experience with talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, compliance, and HR analytics
Work Experience
5+ years of experience in HR
