Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Pune City for a Physiotherapy Assistant. The Physiotherapy Assistant will support physiotherapists in delivering care, assist patients during rehabilitation sessions, ensure quality patient care, and support therapy programs focused on orthopedics and physical rehabilitation. Responsibilities may also include maintaining accurate patient records, preparing treatment areas, and providing guidance to patients on therapy exercises.
Qualifications
- Experience in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation procedures
- Proficiency in delivering Quality Patient Care and handling Patient Care routines
- Knowledge of Orthopedics and related therapies
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with patients and team members
- Ability to follow therapist instructions and demonstrate exercises to patients
- Basic understanding of patient health and safety protocols
- A diploma or relevant certification in Physiotherapy is preferred
- Prior experience in a healthcare or clinical environment is beneficial
