Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Physiotherapist based in Jaipur. The Physiotherapist will be responsible for assessing patient conditions, developing personalized treatment plans, and delivering physiotherapy sessions. Daily responsibilities include documenting patient progress, maintaining accurate medical records, educating patients on rehabilitation techniques, and collaborating with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care. The role requires excellent communication skills to foster trust and effectively guide patients through their recovery.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in diagnosing patient conditions and creating treatment plans tailored to individual needs
- Practical skills in administering physiotherapy techniques such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and rehabilitation
- Knowledge in using patient management software and maintaining accurate medical records
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Experience and proficiency in educating patients about exercises, therapy plans, and long-term recovery practices
- Prior experience in hospital or clinic settings is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy (BPT) or higher; relevant certifications are an added advantage
- Ability to adapt to diverse patient needs and work in a fast-paced healthcare environment
