About the Role
We are currently recruiting Qualified Physiotherapists to join leading healthcare facilities in North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany. This is an excellent opportunity for internationally qualified professionals seeking a long-term career in Germany with structured support throughout the professional recognition (licensing) process.
Salary
Before Professional Recognition (Licensing)
€2,800 gross per month
Earn while completing the recognition process required to obtain your German physiotherapy license.
After Professional Recognition (Licensing)
€3,300 gross per month
Salary upon successful completion of the licensing process and full professional recognition in Germany.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, and deliver individualized physiotherapy treatments.
- Develop rehabilitation programs to improve patient mobility, function, and quality of life.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as required.
- Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation techniques and preventive care.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with professional and regulatory standards.
Eligibility Criteria
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Physiotherapy (4-year programme).
Language Requirement
- German Language Proficiency at B2 level, or
- B1 German Certificate with B2 training successfully completed.
Additional Requirements
- Eligible for professional recognition (licensing) in Germany.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to relocating to Germany.
- Passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
Work Location
Successful candidates will be placed in healthcare facilities across North Rhine-Westphalia, primarily in and around Cologne and Düsseldorf.
