Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Physiotherapist. The Physiotherapist will evaluate patients to diagnose physical conditions, create tailored treatment plans, and implement physiotherapy techniques to promote recovery and mobility. Responsibilities also include monitoring patient progress, providing guidance on exercises, educating patients on injury prevention, and collaborating with healthcare professionals as necessary. Commitment to delivering quality patient care is essential.
Qualifications
- In-depth knowledge of physiotherapy techniques, rehabilitation practices, and exercise therapy
- Assessment and diagnostic skills, including the ability to develop personalized treatment plans
- Strong communication skills to educate and guide patients effectively
- Proficiency in using physiotherapy equipment and maintaining patient documentation
- Empathy, patience, and the ability to build professional relationships with diverse individuals
- Knowledge of injury prevention, pain management, and post-surgical rehabilitation
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution
- Relevant certifications and a valid professional license (preferred)
