Roles and Responsibilities – PMHS Teaching Faculty
The teaching faculty at PMHS play a vital role in delivering high-quality education and fostering the professional development of students. Faculty members ensure that the curriculum is effectively implemented while maintaining academic standards and encouraging active learning.
In addition to classroom teaching, faculty members are involved in recording and delivering online master classes. These recorded sessions provide students with flexible learning opportunities, allowing them to revisit important concepts and enhance their understanding of various subjects.
Clinical responsibilities form an essential part of the faculty’s role. They supervise students during clinical postings, provide practical demonstrations, and guide them in developing clinical competencies.
